You will have exclusive use of the property and grounds for two days giving you a luxury venue where you, your family and friends can relax and make lasting memories. 

• 25% refundable deposit up to 180 days prior to event. (Minus credit card processing fees)
• 75% due 60 days prior to event. 
• All payments made within the last 60 days are non-refundable

WEDDING PACKAGES:  We realize that planning a destination wedding can sometimes be stressful.  Therefore, we do partner with Sedona Wedding Packages to offer all-inclusive packages at our properties.  Please use our contact form to inquire about packages or you may also contact Sedona Wedding Packages directly.

DIY WEDDINGS:  The planning and coordinating with outside vendors are the sole responsibility of the host. The use of tents, tables/chairs, live music, and etc., are welcome when the resort is booked for the two-night minimum.  

Venue set up available starting 11:00 a.m. day of check in and clean-up to be complete no later than 12:00 p.m. day of check out. Sleeping accommodations follow our normal property times. 

Sedona city code sets has a relatively strict noise limits for any activity within city limits — 60 decibels for residential areas during the day, 50 dBA at night; and 65 dBA for commercially zoned districts. All music must end by 10pm.

 Parking is limited to guests only. If needed, guests may park on the streets only if street parking is permitted. 

Because our property does not have public restrooms for event guests, any event over sleeping occupancy requires a minimum of one portable restroom, preferably two, designated for your guests and staff to use.
